Atlanta Northern Shaolin Martial Arts in the Fall
Fall brings our Atlanta Northern Shaolin class into its own new season. 3 students are already preparing for their first test.
Northern Shaolin is a style of TCMA, or Traditional Chinese Martial Arts; otherwise known as "Kung Fu". In Mandarin Chinese, one would call the style "Bei Shaolin" or "Bei Shao Lin", and in Cantonese "Bak Siu Lam".
Atlanta Northern Shaolin Kung Fu Class
We’ve broken down the open-door material of the Northern Shaolin style into three phases, and these three students have completed the Phase I material.
Atlanta Northern Shaolin Phase I testing material:
- Northern Shaolin Salutations
- Basic Stance Drill
- Twisting Horse
- Basic Shaolin Two-Directions
- Tiger A & B
- Crane A & B
- Horse Stance – 3 Minutes
- Basic Snap Kick
Students progress at their own pace and an eye to personal development is always a standard. So if you were thinking of joining us, don’t worry – you’re more than welcome to join us at any time! Just Contact Craig for more information.
Wish these students good luck on their test, and wishing this season of change brings you positive opportunities.
