and much more. But what's most important is the namesake itself: Emerging Technologies.
People are looking at new combinations, as well as new implementations of old technologies. They are looking at Re-Purposing components of current technologies. They're looking at marketing via new media.
And they're not just looking. They're thinking. They are thinking outside of the box. They're talking. And they're debating.
Some of the biggest names in a variety of industries are debating the pros/cons of actually implementing these new ideas. Typically, if enough of these "big minds" in Silicon Valley & the rest of the world agree, then perhaps a well-established company might look into it. The little guys? They see it later...Much later.
